Maple Sugar Apples and Grahams
Ingredients:
2 apples, sliced, not pealed
1Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 cup fat free sour cream
2 tsp. maple syrup
4 graham crackers in four pieces
Preparation:
Toss apples with brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside
Mix sour cream and syrup; spread onto crackers
Top with apples
